The Quincy Dirty Martini

Grab the Ingredients

3 oz.

Vodka or gin

0.5 oz.

Quincy Brine**

Vermouth (see step 3)

Make the Martini

  1. Add vodka or gin with Quincy Brine to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake for 10-20 seconds or until chilled
  3. In your martini glass, splash some vermouth with ice and swirl around, 3-5 times
  4. Remove the vermouth and ice, leaving your glass coated
  5. Pour in your martini, using the shakers strainer
  6. Garnish with 1-2 Quincy olives
